I think it's on the reader to accept some blame if they're skimming a fan forum and assigning the top 5% most optimistic opinions as some sort of CP collective view or a given.
I know I've never logged in since February saw Mercer and a 1st and just assumed that was 100% the way this was going, and that I was building my case to be enraged if it wasn't.
