If you’re a gardener, this is a wake up call. Get a rain barrel or something. You shouldn’t be relying entirely on tap water.
If this is affecting your day to day life otherwise… well… you were probably wasting a ####load of water. So, you trash.

If you like a clean vehicle you can hand wash in your garage. I do it all the time to remove dust and light dirt (if it is covered in mud it won't work.) I use Optimum No Rinse soap and you just need a couple buckets with 4 or 5 gallons of water each (double bucket method) or you could even get away with just using the one soapy bucket.
