I watched a large number of talks, and a good many people, some very knowledgeable and experienced, mentioned potential problems with infrastructure, particularly as it pertains to water.

That has no bearing on today’s problem though. Where the water is consumed does not affect how much is consumed which is the current issue with the main feeder brake.
