No it's not her fault, but she could have given more attention to what was being said during the public's input on the rezoning. She was bent, come hell or high water, to ram that "rowhouses everywhere" policy through in spite of what was said.
I watched a large number of talks, and a good many people, some very knowledgeable and experienced, mentioned potential problems with infrastructure, particularly as it pertains to water.
