I don't have more than 3 teams worse than the Flames right now. There are not going to be any superstars coming in July 1st. Barring some miracle by a Wolf/Vladar tandem, I have this team solidly in the bottom 5. Possibly bottom 2-3. Everyone is getting better at the bottom. Calgary will likely be a worse team next season with the subtraction of Markstrom. Kuzmenko isn't going to hit 120+ points. What teams do you think will actually be worse.
I have San Jose and Chicago, but with Chicago potentially moving up depending on what they do (and especially the tier of players that they can attract). Anaheim maybe. Beyond that, I don't see worse teams out there. Still, there could be a surprise or two, but that's why I rank Calgary at #5 from the bottom.
