The team that won after being down 3-0 would be the same team that won down 3-1.
So really the stat is other than the team that came back from being down 3-0, no other team has come back from a 3-1 deficit.
So you've got a larger number of series that go to 3-1, but still just that 1 team in the comback win column, so the win % for the leading team goes up.

Basically, once a team is down 3-1 or 3-0 they are effed...except for that one time. A team is more likely to end up down 3-1 than 3-0.
Probably has a lot to do with the fact the team that is down 3-1 is genuinely worse, and does not have home advantage. So it's very tough to beat a better team 3 times in a row.
