Amazon basics is a pretty damn good baseline for sheets and pillow cases, especially when they go on sale.
You'll likely want a fitted king sheet that is considered "extra deep" due to the memory foam topper. Otherwise, it'll "fit snugly", but each time you hop on it, the fitted sheet may sling off and you have to put it back on constantly.
If your fitted sheet isn't deep enough, I don't think fitted sheet clips work well enough to keep the thing from coming off on a regular basis.
