Agree. You also have two driving forces to emphasize 2024 as a year to try to pick high and often:
1) Team wants to compete sooner vs later. Picks in 2025 and later are less valuable than a typical team might view them.
2) Iginla's views on players (including personality, drive, growth, etc) is most valuable this year given how much of these kids he has seen first hand. Both in western hockey leagues but also east coast prep.
