The team would have to improve over last year to be ‘not quite bad enough’ for that. The
whole year, including when Hanifin and Tanev were the top D pairing and playing out of their minds.
Now consider that they’re starting with the roster that had a .350 points percentage after the trade deadline, and look to be subtracting players even from that. I don’t think finishing outside the bottom 10 is anything to worry about.
