Depends on how you define good. For instance, the FN water crisis handling has been marginal at best. They have resolved some of the issues but they also promised to lift all advisories by March 2021 which did not happen. They now think they might be able to lift the advisories some time in 2025 but even that timeline seems to be pretty optimistic.
