There is a substation very close to home road that does power a decent chunk of the area, however the good news is that all of the incoming HV lines are above ground. I would assume that doesn’t get us out of the weeds though.

Important to note is that all this equipment survived or was quickly replaced after the 2013 flood and I believe there’s no reason to fret over the electrical side.

But I’m just a dumb electrician, lefty loosey righty tighty.
