Treliving publicly demanded autonomy? Was this in a press conference or interview? I don’t recall any public declarations that this must be the case.
That’s not how I recall it. What I recall is that when his contract was nearing an end there was some speculation from Friedman (who I specifically remember talking about but) that Treliving wanted autonomy. Should also be said/acknowledged that autonomy could mean a number of different things. After all, half this board thinks it was Edwards hired Sutter. That doesn’t sound like autonomy to me.
