That is a terrible mandate. I thought we were told ownership was going to let the GM be the GM finally?
I guess they really are dumb as a rock. We will never win a cup with trying to fix things asap and building a core around Necas.
Necas is the type of player you get if you have a core in place. Or if you want to start surrounding your assets with some secondary pieces (for example Chicago).
