The Flames do have Huberdeau (#3) and Kadri (#7) but they are 31/33 years old. No other regulars on the Flames were even drafted in the top 20, which is actually quite remarkable.

The Flames have a lot of depth and have been pretty good at drafting it but no stars outside of some prospects already in the system exploding
