I very well may be a remedial education planner. I was giving an opinion, and relied on my more near term experience actually being in high school more recently than what I perceive for most of you. Unless Scorp cares to weigh in!
Anyways, that wasn't even my point. Just questioning the advice you were proclaiming about preferring social success- I think in the interceding time since you have attended high school, academic performance among peers has become more important to social status than it was previously. That was my main point.
You seem like a good Dad, I wasn't trying to attack you about that. Sorry if it came off that way. But really, is my opinion here different than on the last page when you are talking about how all your high net worth friends were remedial-ish students?
