Blankall, I wasn't talking about math ability specifically, but wormius got it. Some of you need to go retake LA-30 or whatever it is, your reading comprehension remains woeful.
And there's a wide gulf between kids that can pass regular academic courses (like math 30-1, which is the regularly prescribed track) and brainiacs. I was solidly a B student, but not in the remedial classes.

We were just talking about taking a single 30-2 course to get by, when everything else is good. We weren't talking about kids who are riding the short bus, require an entire remedial program or are failing out all together. Yes, I'd imagine that would make fitting in and maintaining confidence challending.
