With so many possible good picks to be had at #9, it is almost better to try and pick out the ones that may bust or just don't pan out. It's kind of the elephant in the room, but there are almost always picks in the 1st round, even the top half, that don't pan out despite the hype leading up to the draft.
I am particularly wary of there being 6 defensemen in the top 12 or so (Levshunov, Silayev, Dickinson, Buium, Parekh, and Yakemchuk) who many see as potential top pairing guy. It's probably just the pessimist in me, but I have to think that one or two of them aren't going to pan out just based on how typical drafts go. It's not impossible, but it would be extraordinary if all 6 actually pan out. I know this draft is currently seen as a bit of an outlier with all the great defensemen available, but I tend to think most drafts have some kind of uniqueness to them, but over time, the results tend to look normal with pretty much equal hits and misses.
