In no particular order, I have lots of ideas maybe not all particularly well articulated.

Democracy

Senate by Sortation. any individual can apply, a formula is in place that upweight peoples chances of being draw, for example you start with 100 balls in the sortation draw, but if any of your key demographic features are currently proportionally represented based on census data, then you can lose a couple of balls down to a minimum of 50. 10 year terms. (Age, Gender, Orientation, Race, Location, Place of Birth...)

Re-enforce that the senate has equal non-budgetary legislative power to the House, and both need to collaborate on all non budgetary policy. And they should have the power to introduce / debate and consider their own legislation that could be sent to the house for approval.

Productivity

Legislate maximum levels of public consultation for all types of projects, nuclear, wind mills, dams, housing, rail, stadiums, olympic bids... Make it easier to annex land at fair market value. Basically ignore the loud people and tell them to win an election if they want something different, but just let elected officials get stuff done if they want to do it.

Taxation
Engage in negotiations with other countries on a treaty around a strict tariff frame work for any country that does not meet a certain standard of corporate and capital gains taxation.

Increase on income taxes off-set by the elimination of the GST.

Automatic filing, The government should send you a link filled out with all of the information they already received from your employer / employers. And it is on you to amend it with credits, write offs... no response should be considered a filing as is.

Social
End the carbon tax credits, invest all money 0 interest financing for carbon reducing industrial equipment and personal goods like heat pumps, EVs...

End means testing on automatic refund benefits like CCB, just tax the riches income and capital gains at higher rates and return the benefits at equal rates, it reduces the risk of developing strong opposition to the programs.

Medical
Develop revenue neutral nationalized insurance plans that businesses can buy into instead of the private market for their employees.

Mandate that all private medical practices should be owner/operator. No corporate ownership of practice, if Dr wants to retire he has to sell it to the guy taking over (combine rules with very business friendly public financing options to help enable transition to less established partners).

Education
More / Cheaper / Easier to access options. Including a public service work experience program targeted at those who have not found schooling options they like, (planting trees, cutting fire lines, building public housing, roadway trash collection....) Anyone from 18-22 is eligible for 1 year of guaranteed employment on public projects.

Link future research grants to inflation, to avoid the risk of chilling future university reserach.
