Yeah, I feel like it's a blowback on Calgary's past obsession with big no-talent defenders. The offensive production in a European men's league shouldn't bother us too much (although it's hard to compare to players playing in junior leagues).

From Scott Wheeler's May update (and as a defender!)...

"His 11 points in 63 games broke the league’s under-18 scoring record (Vladimir Tarasenko had 10 points and Kirill Kaprizov and Evgeny Kuznetsov each had eight at the same age)."
