He's just as much to blame for the bridge deal as Treliving.
He didn't have to sign it and could have insisted on a longer deal. Instead he did so he could have all the freedom faster and then talked about not wanting to break the band up. I doubt Treliving was so torn about having to trade Frolik that doing a short deal was the only option.
