I had a pretty good one when I was in my teens ... amnesia for about a 10 hour period following. I'm all right now though, except for a left eye tick ... and some slurred speach. Oh ya, and those little "issues" that tend to crop up around the time of the full moon.
Just kidding. I haven't noticed any lingering effects to my memory or motor skills or anything like that. Maybe because I was young when it happened, or because I haven't had repeated conscussions afterwards.
