In Vancouver, I can get a prime rib-eye for $20-25 depending on size.

In fact, I bought two steaks that look just like the one in the picture this weekend for $25 each. And these are 1lbs+ steaks with very rich marbling. I can struggle through one, but the wife probably eats about 1/3 of one.
