I had at least 7 in my life (none knocked unconscious though), but the last one in November where I'd have crazy headaches and for an hour after the forearm (like you), I was literally seeing stars at the corner of my upper left eye. It was like I was seeing a transparent fan through the top of my left eye. It scared the crap outta me. Anyway, I don't think the Tylenol thing is the worst idea, but if you want something more stong Advil or Motrin is probably better (I'm not a doc though). Go to the doc in the morning though to get checked out (it's probably for the better, even though nothing will likely be diagnosed).
