Rossi is an odd situation. Minnesota doesn't want to waste any more years of prime kaprosov.
Rossi has a ceiling of mid range 1st line and floor of really good 3rd line center. Minnesota also owns all of their 1st and 2nd round picks.
I'd offer draft picks, 50% mangiapane, cap relief for a player they no longer want, and any second tier prospect that strikes their fancy....
For Rossi and a 2025 1st that has stipulations that make an unrestricted 2026 McKenna bullet a real possibility.
