While true for a generational/franchise player (need to bottom out lower for those) picking the decade 2011-20 at random (to account for more recent draft tendencies but allowing players a chance to establish) we've got Hamilton, Trouba, Horvat, Ehlers, Meier, Sergachev, Rasmussen, Kravtsov, Zegras, Rossi
a pretty solid list so they should expect (and deliver) a top half of roster player
