Marries is not performed by the Israeli government, they don't do it. Religious organizations do it. Want to get married? Go see a church, mosque, Synagogue. That kind of thing. They recognize all marriage that enters the country. And if you don't like their system, you can get married online from an organization that provides your marriage type.

That's a nice way to just make excuses for the Israeli government.
Same sex marriage is not performed in Israel. Full stop. Don't make excuses and hope israel does better. Nobody is claiming their neighbors do but when you're a supposed democracy, might be time to act like one.
And " at least they aren't thrown off roofs" is not an acceptable response.
