Leafs have 16 guys signed nearly $19mil cap and 4 RFA's that might get $5 mil total. 20 guys signed and 13-14 mil cap space, they could make some big moves.
The following year Marner contract goes up, but Taveres is up as well.
It's not like they are a bad team, people need to relax. Marner will be a Leaf for a long time

Treliving also likes to work around the edges, make some bad signing like a Brouwer or Neal before he actually makes a core move.
I also don't see anyone who wants out from that team. Marner is also up for a extension this summer, Treliving probably has PTSD so he likely wants to get that one done right away.
