Every year the Leafs lose in the 1st round, but this year was the 1st year you could blame injuries for their loss. Every year they lose, they lose to a good team too. It's not like they got LA, Nashville or Washington type team in the 1st round and lost to a team that would be considered an upset. I doubt Treliving does anything here that the media is suggesting
Leafs have 16 guys signed nearly $19mil cap and 4 RFA's that might get $5 mil total. 20 guys signed and 13-14 mil cap space, they could make some big moves.
The following year Marner contract goes up, but Taveres is up as well.
It's not like they are a bad team, people need to relax. Marner will be a Leaf for a long time
