Not really. I mean, fanaticism is an interesting thing to think about. You have guys on here forgoing reason, ignoring facts, sometimes contradicting themselves just to justify personal beliefs. I think it's crazy.
As for the over-the-top love for McDavid from the panel, it is annoying. But they did that with Crosby too. We were just a bit more immune to it because most of us don't hate Pittsburgh as much as Edmonton.
I agree with you on waiting for McDavid to leave asap. Then at least we can maybe just appreciate a pretty good player.
