That said. Wife and I both agreed that Omakase that Ryuko does is better. That’s how good it is. Albiet the Tokyo restaurant was not Sushi but for overall meal we just loved Ryuko

You need to get off the beaten path then. I've had 12 course omakase at 4 seater alley way izakayas that beat ryuko and for 1/3 the price.
Ryuko was a good, but I wouldn't rate it that high when you open it up to the world.
