This I agree with, in theory. But what it doesn't account for my frikking addiction to cars and motorcycles. My summer stuff gets the garage year round.
This summer I'm going to look at installing a couple lifts. It's that or an acreage with a really big quonset/shop. I'm thinking a couple lifts is far more affordable long term.
