Is the hitting coach the problem? Maybe not
Has the hitting coach been the solution over the last couple seasons? Nope
The bats started to struggle a bit down the stretch in 2022, were not great most of 2023, and have started 2024 poorly as well.
Don't think it will hurt to get a bit a different message and viewpoint in the locker room for those bats.
