The first time I sat in one and drove around everything about it just felt cheap outside of the screens. Hard to put a finger on it, but even closing the door felt cheap. I didn’t even know a door could close in a way that felt cheap, but there you go.

For a friend of mine, it was because it was an EV, you could have it fairly quickly, the supercharger network was good, and the software in the infotainment system was good (and still is better than most). I've driven their Tesla a couple times and thought it was a fun drive. Yeah the interior design is pretty meh, but overall it felt good. Maybe their car had less fit and finish issues because I didn't notice any issues with the door closing!
