I think so much depends upon the O-Line and running game for a young QB that teams may give up on good QBs. I see them as kind of like goalies. There are many positions that players need to mature into and just because a QB at ages 21 -24 hasn't lit up the league doesn't mean he can't be a great QB. Rich Gannon springs to mind.
