That was my only complaint tonight. Not one infraction for Tampa? (coincidental minors don't count).
Considering one of the penalties was Forsling slightly bumping into a guy in the slot and him falling down because his teammate also bumped into him and took out his legs. It was obvious how much they were trying to give Tampa an edge by granting a few powerplays early on.
Good on the Panthers for sticking to their game plan, playing strong defense, checking hard, and capitalizing on their opportunities when they came. Just no panic in them at any point.
The only question now is if this goes 4 or 5 games. I can't see it going longer than that. Tampa Bay looks dejected. Kucherov in particular looks lost out there. That's hard to do, but you have to give credit to the Panthers for checking him so closely. He's clearly frustrated.
