Fortunately he's not a free man because his California conviction still stands. It's unfortunate that his victims will likely have to endure a retrial.

This obviously seems like a very complicated case with a lot of Legal issues that are way, way above my head.
But one would think: Do they really have to? Isnt he in Jail effectively forever anyways?
And he's got the Walker with the Tennis Balls!!
