There's 17 European countries that have given more bilateral aid to Ukraine than Canada, relative to GDP, and of course bilateral aid is just on top of what EU countries have already given through EU.

I am talking military specific aid. Is that what you are referencing?
Because Canada has a terribly underfunded military, and Russia isn't our neighbour.
