5 - Upside
6 - Elite Prospects
8 - Dobber Prospects
9 - Smaht Scouting
10 - Sportsnet (Cosentino), Sandman, Craig Button
11 - Hockey News (Ferrari), Daily Faceoff, Sportsnet (Bukala), Hockey News (Kennedy)
12 - McKeen's
13 - Baracchini
15 - Athletic (Pronman), Athletic (Wheeler)
16 - McKenzie
23 - Future Considerations
All of these are the most recent rankings, usually in the last month. The two lowest rankings are the oldest, from January/February. Certainly doesn't seem to be a stretch to say he could be gone when we pick at 9 or 10. A strong U18 would make it much more likely but right now it's not crazy.
