No, he said 2.5 to 4 is possible. I'm saying it could easily be well over 4 and I would be surprised if it was much below that. Basically I'm saying he gets priced a bit cheaper than Mason Marchment, but adjusted for cap inflation it comes out to more or less the same number.
In other words the high end of his range is the low end of my range of what we think the guy is getting signed for.
