I don't think there is any chance Joshua gets much less than 4 and it could be as high as 4.5. Someone is going to see him as a 2nd line power forward and pay him accordingly. If he signs for 3.5 I'll be surprised.

Nope, pretty sure that was Rutherford. Why don't you think someone else will price Joshua similarly in a higher cap environment?
