And I never said Miromanov is like Giordano. I simply said fans expect the future to look like the present. If anything though, Miromanov has more tools than Giordano - doesn't mean he'll develop as far (in fact, very unlikely, as Gio was a Norris winner), but the tools are there.

Oh yeah I get it, but Daniil doesn’t give me the same vibes as Gio or Brodie (another guy I was bullish on).
But Huska is supposed to be good at developing defenders, so maybe an off season to rest up, and then a proper camp to learn the system is just what Daniil needs. I hope so!
We really picked up a grab bag of defender prospects this year. I hope at least one of them turn out to be a top 4!
Also wish Danill would have unleashed his shot more often. I felt that limited him on PP - always looking for a perfect pass versus blasting it quickly every once in a while.
