Haha of course they're out on bail because in the grand scheme of things this isn't a huge deal. It's not a violent crime and these crimes usually get bail with restrictions like taking their passports away.
I mean they are presumed innocent even if most were likely involved I doubt the police actually know the true extent of each one's involvement yet.
