Such a scam. Worst bank ever, I really gotta source a new one but I’m sure I’ll get raped moving to the new one and let’s be honest, will the new one be any better? Doubtful. Canadians get ripped off so bad. And yeah the service is f- ultra fail.

Maybe you low end, low worth losers can only transfer that much, but its to protect you in the end.
