I like this game. I would do:
Edmonton (
Winnipeg
Dallas (too many guns)
Carolina (no interest in the area)
Toronto (media)
Detroit (uninspiring area, ditto below)
Buffalo
Columbus
Anaheim (I hate the franchise)
Ottawa (until they get a downtown rink)
