There is just no end to the problems this could cause. Research funding into topics such as abortion, climate change, renewable energy, post oil and gas employment, the impacts of privatizing health care….the list goes on and on as to what these ghouls may object to.

Not to mention that the Federal government is not involved in making specific research funding decisions. The interviewed the head of the association of Alberta researchers (or some such name) on CBC this morning and he was appalled. He explained that research is funded in a competitive process based on merit, as judged by panels of other researchers with no government involvement. He has sat on such boards and stated that Albertans are typically over-represented on those boards.
As far as finding out what research is being funded....it's all publicly available online. She is so full of shift.
