Sorry GGG, I never answered this question from six weeks ago because this topic got bumped way down the page.
It's not easy to find anymore. It used to be published on their website in a PDF, but now a rough figure (only to one significant digit) is available at

You also have to factor in that your floating rate quoted on the website is effective the first day of a given month through the last day. When your billing cycle isn't coincident, the actual floating rate applied to you as a residential consumer is calculated based on a weighted average of rate effective in one calendar month vs the rate in the next. It's super annoying.
