Not confirmed, but what we are hearing is that it will be the same $5000, with an additional $600 meant to pay you back for the energy audits required, but instead of being paid out after the project will be paid out in advance to make it more accessible to lower income Canadians so they don't have to carry as many costs before installation and payout of the interest free loan proceeds. I'll update as I get more info!
