I disagree. If anything, she is getting favourable treatment because of her status. Keep in mind that prison crowding was not why she was released. She was released because they said she might have nervous breakdown... which is freakin' idiotic.
There are people in jail who are on constant suicide watch. There are people in jail dying of cancer. If she were some joe blow from Idaho, I doubt they would give two craps about a "nervous breakdown".
