I'm very sure that there will be prompt enforcement of the UCP's own "Critical Infrastructure Defence Act" to ensure that citizens and goods can move about the province freely.
It wouldn't be at all hypocritical to turn a blind eye because 'Berta sticking it to the feds or something, right? Just like Coutts.
