Well, at this time (I have only really started going through the top 60 prospects at the moment), I believe his top ~10 ranking thus far.
Falkovsky is not a comp. He was ranked 91st by central scouting for North American players in 2016.
Silayev is doing well as a 17 year old against men in the 2nd best league in the world. How good he will eventually become is the question mark. I liked that Falkovsky pick, but it was apparent that he wasn't anything special when the Flames didn't sign him even though he looked like he was putting up good numbers (or did they trade him? I can't remember now). Way more holes in his game, and he didn't have the skating that Silayev has right now.
I think NJ is the team that takes him, but he probably falls a little bit further back. I would, however, be shocked to see him much past pick 20. Kid will be an NHL'er quick, but how good he becomes is the question mark from what I have seen/read. I would rather the Flames pick something more certain and that has more offensive ability to start building around. If the Flames had a few top-end offensive guys at various positions to build around, then I would have zero qualms about taking the chance on this kid at around 10 (again, saying this before I go through the list myself). I don't think the Flames are in a position to take him without having more dynamic pieces in the system.
